What surface finish is available at Micro-Tec?
Micro-Tec maintains a standard 32 microfinish on its machined surfaces. Micro-Tec can achieve an 8 microfinish when required.

Micro-Tec is located at 9155 Alabama Avenue, Unit B, Chatsworth, California, 91311 in the west San Fernando Valley approximately 25 miles northwest of downtown Los Angeles.

Yes. Micro-Tec is set-up to receive your electronic drawing files and datasets in any standard file format including: iges, .dxf, .adp, .dwg, and many others.
Does Micro-Tec guarantee its products?
Yes. Micro-Tec guarantees that each product we ship will be in strict compliance with the customer’s drawing and contract requirements.
What is Micro-Tec’s standard lead time?
Delivery for a first order is normally between 6 and 10 weeks ARO, with delivery between 5 and 8 weeks for repeated orders.
Does Micro-Tec have a quality control manual?
Yes. Micro-Tec maintains a comprehensive quality assurance system and has an extensive quality assurance manual. A copy of our Q.A. manual is available to qualified personnel upon request.
Does Micro-Tec have CAD/CAM capabilities?
Yes. Micro-Tec uses advanced CAD/CAM software with solid model capabilities for CNC programming, including five-axis contours.
